Time to meet some of our cast.

WADAOS One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest 2024 - Full Company.

First up, our medical Team.

Wendy Warden - (Dr Spivey).

Dr Spivey played by Wendy Warden. She is so pleased she can finally say "I'm the Doctor" can you guess why?

Jess Walker - (Nurse Flinn).

Nurse Flinn played bu Jess Walker. Jess has joined us once again after thoroughly enjoying herself on "into the Woods" This is a bit different...

Ellen Elliot - (Nurse Williams).

Ellen was hugely exited when she found out we were doing this play and couldn't wait to take part. Look out for her again on a later post.

Kayley Warden - (Turkle).

We are thrilled that is joining us for her first speaking role with WADAOS!

Sarah Blakey - (Nurse Warren).

After enjoying last year playing the part of Mimi. Sarah wanted to play a slightly different part. I'm not sure there could be a part more different than this.

Audiences should be aware that this play contains strong language and mature themes including suicide, and the negative portrayal of mental health treatments. We recommend audiences be aged 15+

With only 2 weeks to go, now we will introduce you to some of the patients.

Full Company

Andy Greenwood - (Dale Harding)

Dale Harding played by Andy Greenwood, this is Andys first time on stage with WADAOS, and we are looking forward to seeing his performance as the Bull Goose Looney.

Simon Armstrong - (Cheswick)

Cheswick played by Simon Armstrong, our Rene is back, but angrier. It is wonderful to see him in this role which is so different to last year.

James Mossop - (Scanlon)

Scanlon played by James Mossop. James joins us again, 8 years after his last appearance. He is playing The paranoid character who thinks the world will be bombed at any moment.

Stuart Evans - (Martini)

Martini played by Stuart Evans. I'm sure we'd all like to be like Martini, most of the time he is a loveable character who sees the best in everyone, even those who aren't really there.... George..... but deep down he is suffering from PTSD.

Jason Fleming - (Billy Bibbit)

Billy Bibbit played by Jason Fleming, Billy is the youngest of the group, with a stutter and lack of confidence. This is Jason's first time on stage... and you are in for a treat.

James Last - (Ruckley)

And finally....

Ruckley played by our Director James Last. A Man of few words, Ruckley is an ominous foreshadow of the future in the play.
