Ripley joined Whitehaven and District Amateur Operatic Society in 1968 for the performance of Gilbert & Sullivan's 'Patience'. After a short break he re joined the society in 1973 and has been a member ever since. Ripley has also been a member of St James Church Choir Whitehaven since 1978. The extensive knowledge and talent that Ripley brings to us is invaluable, and we thank him most sincerely for all his years of dedication and service!
